Kevin Leroy Tillman, a former alderman of Poplarville, pleaded guilty on Wednesday to one count of the sale of a controlled substance in the 15th Judicial District of Pearl River County.

The Pearl River County Sheriff’s Office investigated the case in collaboration with the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics. Sheriff Allison acknowledged the efforts of those involved in the investigation and prosecution.
